		<description>Jason, I could not agree with you more.  I resist showing my years but when I started in the field in the early 80's your points were what made the difference.  In the dot.com era much changed, both from technology and the sales approach.  However as in every thing else history repeats itself.  Technology will assist in speeding the process of finding the right resources to meet the profile but it is the human factors that will always make the difference in building the “repeat” client.</description>
