Jason Raclaw served Hudson as the Chicago practice manager. As practice manager, he was responsible for individually increasing the new client base by over 200% in the first fiscal year.

Jason has more than 13 years' experience in the staffing industry. Before coming to Hudson, he was the founder-partner and business development sales manager at Business Contract Solutions in Chicago. He worked at the firm for nine years leading and managing the multi-million dollar IT contract staffing practice. With a wealth of experience in IT placements, Jason utilizes his vast industry knowledge, insights and connections to the IT community to help organizations find right-fit talent for all of their IT needs.

Technology Didn’t Save My Life

Can technology be the savior to all of our problems?  

As I watch technology grow and change every day, I catch myself asking the simple question: Is my life getting easier with these devices?  Is my job easier because of technology? Am I a better recruiter because of technology?

Well, the short answer to this question is: Yes. Technology helps to provide me with an environment where I can create successful opportunities for myself and for my candidates and clients.
